Rodasmar S.A. (hereinafter Camping Rodas), of calle Riera
Ginjolers 95-97, 17480 Roses (Spain), with tax number A-17214024, gives
services under the name of Camping Rodas in the terms of these general conditions.
It is a company recorded in the company register of Girona, Volume 246,
Folio 81, page no. GI-4761, entry 3.
Legal warning and terms of use
This website is the property of Camping Rodas. By merely using the Camping
Rodas website, the user declares their unreserved acceptance of these general
conditions. If you do not accept these conditions, access to and the use
of the Camping Rodas website is prohibited.

of the Law of Intellectual Property. Any use of the contents of this website,
including but not restricted to the total or partial copying, reproduction,

Personal data
The users accept that the personal details provided by them or that may
be provided at a later time to Camping Rodas may be the object of treatment
in a personal data file. All data thus recorded may be used in the preparation
of statistics, sending advertising in line with the tastes of the user,
administering the service, and managing incidents. Camping Rodas will be
responsible for all files created in this way. The holder of the data will
be entitled at all times to access the files, and may exercise all rights
of rectification, cancellation and opposition in the terms gathered in data
protection legislation. To this end, a letter signed by the holder of the
data must be sent to the address of Camping Rodas, indicating the address
of the holder so that Camping Rodas might send a reply to the request. The
holder of the data expressly allows their details to be granted to any entity
of Camping Rodas for the above purposes, and any entities to which it might
be necessary to grant the data to give the holder the services and products
they request.

The parties expressly waive their own law and accept Spanish law as that
which concerns this agreement, and are subject in the resolution of any
lawsuits that might be derived there from to the Courts and Tribunals of
Girona.
